As varizes pélvicas são veias dilatadas que surgem principalmente na mulher, afetando o útero, mas que também podem afetar as trompas de falópio ou os ovários.
O tratamento normalmente é feito através de um procedimento cirúrgico, onde um cateter muito fino é inserido em uma veia periférica e levado até o local das varizes, onde é realizado o fechamento (também chamada embolização) destas com molas ou outras substâncias.
